PJSC Etalon offers its own products - ultra-high pressure hydraulic units UNGR-3000R.

These products are exclusive in the post-Soviet countries and far abroad. The first UNGR models were manufactured by our plant in 1978. Over the years of production, the hydraulic units have been repeatedly modernized and improved, the last one took place in 2015. Adjustable hydraulic pumping units "UNGR-3000R" are designed to create hydrostatic pressure in high-pressure chambers from 0 to 4000 bar (kgf/cm²). They are used in various industries - metallurgy, mining, mechanical engineering, aircraft construction, geology, in the production of building materials for pressing wellhead equipment mounted on drilling wells, including: blowout preventer equipment, fountain valves, shut-off valves used in high-pressure production.

The UNGR-3000R unit is successfully used for compression, control and pressing of tapered and cylindrical joints for various purposes by the hydrostatic pressure method and for pumping the oil gap in wheel pairs during the repair of railway rolling stock.
